Excellent service, Matthew exceeded our expectations. He supplied an updated business spec laptop, transferred the content from two old laptops onto the new one, adding a log in for each, removed and returned the hard drives from the old laptops so that we could recycle the devices safely, installed and set up new email and antivirus software, and dealt with the few minor teething problems swiftly by return of email. And he did all of this within two working days, with the delivery of old laptops and collection of the new one happening outside normal working hours as I work some distance away. Had issues with a slow computer, tried lots of things I had seen on the Internet but nothing worked. I did a quick search for people in my area and the computerWorks was top of the list.
Really brilliant service, I was kept well informed at every stage, the price was clear and precise and the service was quick.
