We currently use Zoho assist as a secure and safe way to access computers remotely and fix your IT problems where possible.

Please note: We will NOT randomly call you to ask for access to your computer! (These are scammers).


What is Remote Support?

Remote IT support is a service provided by IT professionals to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems, software, networks, and other IT-related problems from a remote location. Instead of physically being present at the location where the issue is occurring, IT support technicians connect to the affected system or network using remote access tools and software.

What’s Required?

The only two things required are a computer that boots upto the home screen and an internet connection. If both of these aren’t available we can schedule an on-site visit to take a physical look at the computer.
